Fashion Design

This is your team’s opportunity to show how committed, creative and innovative they work with each other in a unique environment. The task is to stage a stunning and spectacular fashion event, displaying a collection of clothes and accessories with carefully selected music, stage set-up, an enthusiastic audience, a voice over describing their creations, AND with one of their team members as their stunning model.

Various team roles will have to be filled and meaningful cross-functional communication engaged in for the selection of assorted crazy items and materials for the design and manufacturing of the team catwalk creations. With all working towards a common goal, you can be assured that teams and individuals will all participate and have a great sense of achievement once their designs are created and modeled.

This really is a fun-filled team building exercise culminating in an awards ceremony as each design is judged on artistic merit, creation interpretation and description, team interaction, communication skills and modeling of the outfits! Lots of laughs, creativity and some unique parallels with their own team and business challenges unfold with what is a clever and real time project.

TBW Objectives
