These message-driven, food-infused interactive encounters, culinary team-building events make tasty diversions and sumptuous learning sessions for you and your team.
Team Cook Out is a delicious approach to team building with its main goal of creating an atmosphere of teamwork and camaraderie among the participants, have fun and, most of all, to relate to fellow colleagues in a more appetizing way. Teams will be formed, recipes will be made, challenges await and a delicious gourmet meal will be shared!
Each member of the team gets to share ideas about what goes in the pot and what doesn’t. Teams must communicate, manage time, interact with everyone, and most of all have fun to complete their assigned tasks and recipes.
Negotiation and decision making is crucial in business, and in culinary team building the results of effective negotiating and decision making tend to be tasty and a lot of fun. Participants will be challenged to discover the meaning of the exercise and apply it immediately through a facilitated discussion around the lessons learned from the experience and gets the group to relate this learning to their current working world.
This event is the perfect "melting pot" for a group with diverse personalities. Our kitchen arena is designed to promote group cohesiveness and social interplay. Besides the obvious benefits of getting people to loosen up, it also helps them relate to each other on something other than a corporate level. We bring people together on one playing field-the kitchen!

- Breakdown relationship barriers by working in a fun and energetic environment
- Analyze the characteristics of their team and compare themselves against the characteristics of professional teams
- Practice creative thinking to increase productivity
- Evaluate the kind of culture created within their workplace and create action plans to improve this within the organization
- Commit to 5 personal action plans for the organization
